The Better Business Bureau’s Upper Cumberland office has been consolidated into the Middle Tennessee Office in Nashville.
Middle Tennessee BBB President Robyn Householder said all services are still available to residents of the Upper Cumberland. Householder said the BBB is still assessing whether opening another physical office makes sense for operations.
“We’re just going to assess whether or not a physical location there actually makes sense,” Householder said. “Because clearly in the last seven months we’ve all learned that virtual works really well, but we absolutely have boots on the ground in that market.”
Householder said the BBB is working with its service provider to the Cookeville phone number working again. However, if someone needs to contact BBB they can contact the Central Tennessee office in Murfreesboro or the BBB of Middle Tennessee in Nashville.
The BBB of Middle Tennessee covers 38 Tennessee counties and parts of Kentucky.
