Carthage – Public Hearing Hosted By The Smith County Mayor’s Office will be held on Monday, December 16th at 4 pm at the Smith County Mayors conference room 122. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the possibility of applying for a Community Development Block Grant. The hearing is open to the public and active participation is encouraged.
