Cookeville – Candlelight Vigil of Remembrance And Hope Hosted By MADD will be held on Sunday, November 24 at First Christian Church in Cookeville. The event is scheduled to begin at 3:00pm CST. Injured and bereaved victims of drunk/drugged driving crashes and family members of homicide victims will gather to pay tribute to lives changed or lost due to acts of violence in our community. Participants are urged to bring a framed photo of their lived one(s) to be displayed during the program. This event is open to the general public and any law enforcement officers or emergency medical personnel who are able to attend are urged to wear their agency uniform.
