Monterey – Fall Festival and Trunk or Treat will be on Thursday, October 31st from 6pm-8:30pm. Crawford Avenue will be blocked from Elm St. to Poplar St. There will be games, food, and prizes in the Monterey First Baptist Church family life center. Monterey United Methodist, Monterey Church of the Nazarene, and Monterey Church of Christ will have trunk or treat.
