Jamestown City Hall and Community Center will be closed until at least April 14th. The daycare at the Community Center will remain open.
Mayor Lyndon Baines said skeleton crews are still working and emergencies will be handled, but no employees will be in the building.
Residents dropping off payments will utilize the drop box, however, Baines said payments would not be processed until re-evaluation of the situation happens in the city council meeting April 13th.
Payment due dates and possible disconnection should not be a concern, Baines said, “There won’t be any late fees on the bills or anything like that.”
In addition to the drop box payments, payments may be made online at jamestowntn.gov
