Volunteer Energy Asking Bill Payers To Use App

Volunteer Energy offices around the Upper Cumberland remain open, but officials are asking customers to use the Volunteer Energy App or drive-thru windows to pay bills.

Customers may pay via credit card, debit card or check via the SmartHub app. Those needing to pay by cash can use the office drive through locations. Customers are reminded to have their account number available.

Cookeville Electric reminded customers Monday that they may pay utility bills by mail, the drive-thru window at City Hall, electronic bank drafts, an e-check, or a debit or credit card.
