Charter Spectrum Outage In Cookeville Market

Charter Spectrum says an unknown issue may prevent some residents from accessing 911.

Putnam County 911 said Tuesday morning that the problem affects customer in the Cookeville market. Officials said charter customers should use a cellular device to contact 911 in the case of an emergency.

Charter does not have an expected time to restore services.
