A Jamestown man faces a citation following a Monday morning crash in Putnam County.
The accident happened just before 8:40 a.m. at the 303 westbound mile marker of Interstate 40.
The Tennessee Highway Patrol cited 38-year-old Chester Pacana with failure to maintain lane. A crash report said his 2013 Toyota Corolla traveled off the left side of the roadway and crashed into a cable barrier.
Pacana did not suffer any injuries.
