A Cookeville man surrendered 16 grams of meth during a drug investigation at the Eastwood Inn Monday morning.
The Cookeville Police Department charged 24-year-old Michael Aaron Malesevich with manufacture, sell, delivery, and possession of methamphetamine. Authorities previously charged him with the same offense in Warren County.
An arrest report said officers knocked upon room 121 after observing a vehicle associated with drug activity. Malesevich answered the door and allegedly admitted to selling meth and marijuana.
The report said Malesevich surrendered approximately 16 grams of a crystalline substance and a half ounce of marijuana. Officers also located $635 in various denominations in his possession.
