Cookeville PD Investigating Armed Robbery At Kroger

Cookeville Police are investigating an armed robbery that occurred at the Kroger Pharmacy Wednesday.

Officers have set up a perimeter around the store as they search for a suspect who fled the scene.

The subject is described as a 5-foot-5-inch white male with a mustache and beard. He’s believed to be between 20 and 30 years old.

Cookeville Police Captain Bobby Anderson said the suspect was wearing blue jeans and a blue Michael Kors sweater/hoodie when he fled the scene.

Anderson said the man is believed to be armed and residents should not approach the subject if spotted.
