A Cumberland County grand jury will convene Monday to hear the case of a man who fatally shot two people at the Cumberland County Bus Garage.
Nostrom last appeared in Cumberland County General Sessions Court in October.
Authorities charged 74-year-old Warren Nostrom with two counts of First Degree Murder following the death of his 58-year-old ex-wife, Joy Nostrom, and 54-year-old Mark Gunter.
An investigation into the Sept. 14 incident revealed Warren had filed for divorce three weeks prior to the shooting after his ex-wife had filed three separate orders of protection. The relationship began to break down as the 74-year-old Nostrom suspected his ex-wife of having an affair.
Nostrom then drove to the bus garage where his ex-wife worked as a bus driver and shot her and Gunter. That’s when Warren Nostrom shot both of them before turning the gun on himself at the scene.
Warren Nostrom was transported to a Chattanooga hospital for treatment before being taken back to the Cumberland County Justice Center for questioning. His bond was set at $4 million.
