CPD Officer Arrested, Placed on Administrative Leave

The Cookeville Police Department has placed Officer Kyle Farley on administrative leave after his arrest in White County.

Captain Bobby Anderson released a statement saying Farley was arrested Thursday by the White County Sheriff’s Office in conjunction with the District Attorney’s office.

WCSO Public Information Officer Cami Howard confirmed Farley was charged with domestic and aggravated assault. An official statement will be released at a later time.
