An Algood man faces multiple charges for allegedly threatening to kill his children Thursday.
Officers have charged 33-year-old Arthur James Cook III with two counts of aggravated assault and reckless endangerment.
An arrest warrant indicates that Cook locked his 14-year-old and 15-year-old children outside of the home after they would not do their chores. The average temperature outside was 50-degrees with rain and blustery winds, according to the report.
Cook also told officers that he did not want the children back in the home because he would kill them.
Cook remains behind bars under $107,000 bond.
