UCDD, UCHRA Considering New Logo Designs

The Upper Cumberland Development District and Upper Cumberland Human Resource Agency are considering new logo designs.

Executive Director Mark Farley says the changes come following the shared management agreement signed earlier this year.

“We’ve gone through a lot of changes both at the Development District and the Human Resource Agency,” Farley says. “One thing, at the Human Resource Agency level, was many of the employees thought that they would like to have a fresh, new start. So they really have encouraged us to look at our branding and logos to sort of rebrand ourselves as an agency.”

Farley says the new brand will be much-needed for the UCHRA as the agency looks to move on from several issues in 2018.

“Obviously our work won’t change, but sometimes you need a fresh new start,” Farley says. “We’re early on in that process. We’re trying to look at how we can blend both agencies together somewhat, not only to identify the agencies, but we’d like to put a regional spin on it as well.”

The agencies are considering three new primary logos as part of the rebrand with both switching to a blue and gold color scheme. A central brand will be used for both agencies while each will have their own separate yet similar logos to use as well.
