A Danville Kentucky man faces multiple charges for a Tuesday morning crash in Overton County.
The Tennessee Highway Patrol charged 23-year-old Collin Randolph with DUI, reckless endangerment, criminal impersonation, and two counts of drug possession.
A THP crash report said Randolph was driving in the wrong lane on Highway 111 when his 2012 Nissan Odyssey collided with a tractor trailer traveling northbound.
Officials said the collision caused the tractor trailer to overturn and strike a guardrail. The Odyssey came to a rest on the southbound shoulder of the roadway.
Randolph suffered minor injuries and the semi-truck driver escaped the crash without injuries.
