The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has identified the suspect in Monday’s fatal shooting in Clay County.
Authorities have charged 29-year-old Jacob Stanley Snyder with one count of First Degree Murder and two counts of Attempted First Degree Murder.
Snyder was booked into the Clay County Jail on a $2 million bond.
Snyder allegedly opened fire at a home on North Fork Road, killing 11-year-old Harley Evans and wounding her father and the father’s girlfriend.
Authorities have not released a motive for the shooting, but they did say Snyder had been staying at the residence while doing work for the father.
