The city of Crossville has approved a $2 million listing price for the building pad and 20-acres of property that’s being developed at the interchange business park.
The city council has also approved a recommendation from the Joint Economic Community Development Board that the buyer commit to bringing 100 new jobs with a wage rate at 10-percent higher than the current local wage rate of $13.
The city received a $500,000 grant from the state to develop the site and the county provided $250,000 to match the grant amount.
