Two people suffered minor injuries Friday when their vehicles collided on Old Smithville Road in McMinnville.
According to the McMinnville Police Department, Lindsay Granados was driving a Ford Escape northbound on Old Smithville Road when she became distracted and the vehicle crossed the center line.
Officials said the Ford Escape collided with an F 150 driven by Richard Duff. Duff tried swerving to avoid a collision, but the vehicles made contact with Escape coming to a rest on it’s side.
Granados had to be freed from by the vehicle by emergency responders. She complained of back pain and received treatment at Saint Thomas Hospital. Duff suffered minor injuries.
