UCHRA Set To Receive New vehicles

The Upper Cumberland Human Resources Agency is set to receive some new vehicles.

UCHRA Executive Director Mark Farley said funding from the Tennessee Department of Transportation will help make the purchases.

“We have standard replacement of vehicles that happens over the course of the years,” Farley said. “Obviously we operate a number of vehicles across 14 communities so this will just be standard replacement of aging out vehicles.”

UCHRA received a total of $1.3 million to purchase 27 vans.

“You’ll see a bunch of new vehicles all throughout the counties and we are excited about getting those on board.
