Start Time Pushed Back for Planned Trip to Wilson County October 29

A scheduled October 29 trip to tour the Wilson County Expo Center has been pushed back a little over an hour, to accommodate new commissioners’ schedules. Originally set for 10 a.m. in front of the old courthouse on Main Street, the departure time is now 11:15. Cumberland County Building & Grounds Committee Chair Wendell Wilson announced the change at the County Commission meeting Monday night.

The Wilson County trip is planned ahead of a presentation to the Building & Grounds Committee October 30 regarding the proposed building of a similar expo center in Cumberland County.
