Four people suffered minor injuries following an accident on I-40 eastbound Thursday evening near Monterey.
According to the Tennessee Highway Patrol, 27-year-old Jasmine Wilson was travelling westbound when she lost control of her vehicle and struck a cable barrier on the left side of the road. The vehicle came to a rest in the left lane of I-40 eastbound near exit 301 facing west.
Wilson, along with 33-year-old Jason Wilson, 22-year-old Armanee Lymon and a two-year-old child, were transported to Cookeville Regional Medical Center with minor injuries.
The THP report indicates the 27-year-old Wilson was cited for due care, financial responsibility, and driving on a revoked license.
