Injuries are being reported after a vehicle crash on Interstate 40 in Putnam County.
The accident happened Thursday afternoon near eastbound mile marker 278 in Baxter. Officials said the eastbound and westbound lanes are affected with the right lanes blocked.
The THP plans to release additional information in the near future.
