The Alexandria Police Department has arrested a 16-year-old boy on charges of rape of a child.
According to Police Chief Chris Russell, the alleged incidents occurred between May 19th and July 19th at separate ATV races and involved victims between the ages of 4 and 5-years-old.
Police arrested the juvenile July 19th on two counts of rape of a child. He’s being held at a juvenile facility awaiting a court hearing.
