Van Buren County authorities have arrested a registered sex offender from Rock Island on two counts of Sexual Exploitation of a Minor.
A TBI investigation has revealed that 51-year-old Robert Steven McCormack was responsible for incidents of sexual exploitation of a minor that took place in May and July of 2017.
A Van Buren County grand jury has returned indictments charging McCormack with the alleged crimes and he was arrested and booked into the county jail Monday on a $15,000 bond.
