A motor vehicle crash occurred on Interstate 40 in Monterey Thursday.
The Tennessee Highway Patrol said troopers responded to a non-injury crash involving a commercial vehicle at westbound mile marker 301.
Putnam County Fire Department officials said the crash caused major delays with both lanes blocked at one point. While working the crash at mile marker 301, official received notification of another crash that occurred at mile marker 302.
