Two Injured In Warren County Crash

An 18-year-old male had to be airlifted to Chattanooga’s Erlanger Hospital Thursday following a two vehicle crash in Warren County.

The injured identified as 18-year-old Braxton Moody and 19 year-old passenger Noah Pedigo. Pedigo received treatment at River Park Hospital.

The crash happened on Highway 8 atop Ferry Mountain.

According to the Tennessee Highway Patrol, Moody was driving westbound when his vehicle crossed the center line and sideswiped a tractor trailer.

Officials said Moody’s vehicle came to a rest on its top. The crash remains under investigation.
