Two Airlifted Monday Following Warren Co. Crash

Two Morrison men had to be airlifted to hospitals following a two vehicle crash Monday afternoon.

The crash happened at the intersection of Highway 287 and Beacon Lights Road near Morrison.

The Tennessee Highway Patrol said the crash occurred when 78-year-old Arry Youngblood drove his 1997 Toyota Tacoma through a Beacon Lights Road stop sign. His vehicle collided with a northbound Nissan Pathfinder driven by 75-year-old Jacob Sippola.

Officials said crews had to extricate Sippola from the wreckage and both men were flown to hospitals for treatment of their injuries.
