Cumberland County authorities have issued an alert for an endangered runaway.
16-year-old Madison Reed last seen Monday evening. Madison’s caregiver told police she last spoke to the teenager around 4:30 p.m.
Family members believe Madison left sometime throughout the night and that she could be with her boyfriend.
Authorities said Madison left a letter stating she did not want to live this life anymore and wanted to live on her own.
Her clothing and destination are unknown at this time. She’s described as a white female with brown hair and brown eyes.
Anyone with information about Madison’s whereabouts should contact the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office.
