Foster Wins Republican Nomination For County Mayor In Cumberland County

Allen Foster will be the Republican candidate for Cumberland County Mayor in the August general election.

Foster, a current 4th District County Commissioner, tallied 45-percent of the votes cast in Tuesday night’s Republican Primary election.

The county mayor race had seven candidates running for the Republican nomination.

Foster to face Independent Candidate Sandra Lee Davis during the August general election.
