A Crossville couple face aggravated assault charges following a Monday afternoon incident.
Police arrested 26-year-old Jeremy Whittenburg and 25-year Kerri Dunbar. Crossville Police called to 214 Pinewood Street just after Noon Monday. Whittenburg said he had been hit in the face with a frying pan. Dunbar said she hit Whittenburg after he busted his way into the residence. The two fought in the living room, breaking a door on the entertainment center.
Dunbar said Whittenburg hit her with a piece of wood from the broken center.
