A Warren County grand jury has indicted a teen who allegedly shot and killed his roommate last month.
The indictment charges 19-year-old Dakota Basham with second-degree murder in the death of 18-year-old Joshua Dell Smith. Smith shot and killed at Bybee Woods on the night of March 16th.
Initially, authorities filed no charges after witnesses indicated the shooting was accidental.
Basham has posted a $50,000 bond.
