Putnam Road Projects Task Force To Test Citizen Survey In The Coming Weeks

County Executive Randy Porter says the county’s road projects task force will begin testing its citizen survey in the coming weeks.

“It’s going to have little maps with the pictures of the streets and the sections that we are talking about,” Porter said. “We will look at putting it out sometime after we meet on the 16th.”

A total of 35 projects being considered right now. Porter said the workgroup wants to make sure the survey reads simply, so as many citizens as possible countywide will provide input.

Porter said he hopes to begin taking citizen input in about 45 days.

The workgroup’s next meeting is scheduled for May 16 at 2:00 p.m.
