Putnam Co. Voting Machines Receive Certification Wednesday

86 voting machines checked out to be valid and in working condition when inspected during the Putnam County Election Commission meeting Wednesday.

The voting machines, required by law to be certified prior to early voting and election day.

The county purchased two additional machines this year in order for all 24 precincts to have two or more voting machines.

Early voting for the May 1st County Primary begins a Wednesday, April 11th. All early voting will take place at the election commission office.
