Two women suffered injuries in a two vehicle accident in Alexandria Thursday.
The Tennessee Highway Patrol said the crash happened at Main Street and Highway 53.
A report stated that 57-year-old Barbara Reynolds was driving a 2006 Ford Taurus eastbound on Main Street. She attempted to cross Highway-53 when she pulled into the path of a Nissan Altima driven by 18-year-old McKenzie Meadows.
Both women received treatment at local hospitals for injuries. Their conditions remain unknown.
