A Cumberland County grand jury has indicted a man this week on charges including kidnapping, aggravated assault, and possession of a weapon by a convicted felon.
The 12-count indictment against 44-year-old Clifford James Farris alleges that he used a gun in November of last year to hold three individuals against their will.
He’s set to be arraigned on the charges next week.
