Fire Under Investigation In White County

White County firefighters responded to a structure fire in the northern portion of the county Wednesday morning.

Officials said the blaze broke out shortly before 7:00 a.m. at a mobile home on Mullican Road.

White County Emergency Management Agency Director Jimmy Savage said the blaze will be investigated and a cause remains unknown.

Savage said the homeowner was staying in a facility and was not home at the time of the fire.
