39 Chihuahua Dogs Rescued In Cumberland Co.

A local animal welfare organization has rescued 39 Chihuahua dogs from a Lake Tansi home in Cumberland County.

Officials with A Time 4 Paws said they found the animals last week suffering from fleas, skin irritation, blindness and deformities.

No charges will be filed because the owners voluntarily surrendered the animals.

A Time 4 Paws said the animals will be up for adoption within the next few weeks.
