Some 33 miles of Overton County roads will be resurfaced next year as part of the local transportation planning group’s maintenance.
The list released Tuesday at the quarterly Dale Hollow Rural Planning Organization meeting. This paving list is outside T-DOT’s 10-year transportation plan.
Some 11.17 miles of State Route 85 will be resurfaced from Highway 111 to Highway 52. State Route 52 will be resurfaced over some 10.96 miles, near State Route 85. Some 12 miles of the highway will also be resurfaced, east of State Route 294 to near Dogwalk Road.
Highway 52 in Clay and Fentress County will also be paved in 2025. Clay will be from North of Ross Boles Road to near SR-53. Fentress will be from East of bridge over State Route 28 to State Route 296.
State Route 325 in Pickett County will be paved from East Main Street to North Main Street and near State Route 111 to near Willard Hill Drive.
