More than 20 Grams Of Meth Found During Traffic Stop

A traffic stop for a tag light violation led to the discovery of more than 20 grams of methamphetamine in Cookeville Tuesday.

Police have issued drug charges to 22-year-old Jessee Martin of Cookeville, 37-year-old Jeffery Davis of Cookeville and 34-year-old Amy Jenkins of Sparta.

Police said they asked to search the vehicle after seeing paraphernalia in plain sight. The search yielded a total of 22 grams of methamphetamine.
