A Cumberland County Grand Jury has handed down a 10 count indictment to a local man alleging kidnapping an assault.
Clifford James Farris is charged with three counts of aggravated kidnapping and three counts of aggravated assault.
The indictments said Farris allegedly held three men at gunpoint last November and refused to let them leave.
Farris will be arraigned in court on Monday.
