Memorial services for Fred W. Smith, 65, of Gainesboro, will be held at 6 P.M. on Monday, March 18, 2019, at  Anderson – Upper  Cumberland  Funeral  Home  in  Gainesboro.  The family has chosen cremation. He  passed  away  on  Friday, March  8, 2019, at  Cookeville Regional Medical Center. He was born December 17, 1953, in Gainesboro, to  the late James E. Smith  and  Carol Sadler Shealy. He was a suit tailor by trade, and a member of the McClellan Church of Christ in Cookeville. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 1 Brother: Jack L. Smith; 2 Sisters: Kathy Smith and Kaye Smith Mathis; Paternal Grandparents: Herman and Josie Smith; and Maternal Grandparents: John Henry and Clifford Sadler. The  family  will  receive friends on Monday, March 18, 2019, from 3 P.M. until time of services.

Funeral Services For Michelle Lynn Floyd, Age 50, Of Monterey, Tennessee, Will Be Conducted On Tuesday, March 19, 2019, At 10:00 AM At The Full Gospel Assembly, 9396 Monterey Highway, Monterey, Tennessee. Rev. Bobby Floyd Will Officiate With Interment To Follow In The Sand Springs Memorial Gardens. Mrs. Floyd Was Born On May 7, 1968, In Cookeville, Tennessee, To Faye Hall King Of Monterey, Tennessee, And The Late Omer King. Mrs. Floyd Passed Away On Friday, March 15, 2019, At The Cookeville Regional Medical Center. Mrs. Floyd Was A Cosmetologist. She Was A Member Of Full Gospel Assembly And Served As Sunday School Children’s Church Administrator. She Was A Monterey High School Graduate Class Of 1986. In Addition To Her Mother, She Is Survived By Her Husband, Larry E. Floyd Of Monterey, TN; Daughter, Kellie Anna Kirbie Floyd Of Monterey, TN; Stepdaughter, Amanda Masha Floyd Of Green Bay, WI; Brother And Sister-In-Law, Ronnie And Janet King Of Baxter, TN; Father-In-Law And Mother-In-Law, Rev. Bobby And Geneva Floyd Of Monterey, TN; And A Host Of Nieces, Nephews And Other Family Members. Mr. Key Was Born On December 9, 1947, In Monterey, Tennessee, To Bobbie Sampley Key Ensley Of Cookeville, Tennessee, And The Late Ernest Key. Mr. Key Passed Away On Friday, March 15, 2019, At The Cookeville Regional Medical Center. Mr. Key Was An Office Administrator At Contractor Yard. He Was A Notary Public And A Master Mason With Cookeville Masonic Lodge #266. He Was A Member Of The Double Springs Baptist Church. He Is Survived By His Mother, Bobbie Sampley Ensley Of Cookeville, TN; Daughter, Lynnette Key Of Cookeville, TN; And Her 2 Sons, Jake And Justin Brooks Of Cookeville, TN; Son, Larry Key Of Baxter, TN; Several Grandchildren And Great Grandchildren; 2 Sisters And A Brother-In-Law, Sherry Lalone Of Cookeville, TN, Rena And Ronnie Flatt Of Livingston, TN; Brother, Dannie Key Of Cookeville TN; Special Friends, Smitty Bennett, Linda Key Delk, Nikki Dunn And DiAnna Collins. Funeral Services for Mrs. Barbara Ann Stevens, age 65, of Allons will be conducted 1 p.m., Tuesday, March 19, 2019 from the chapel of Speck Funeral Home. Burial to follow in the Bethel Cemetery, in Allons, TN. The family will welcome friends on Monday evening from 5 until 9 p.m. at Speck Funeral Home. Mrs. Barbara passed from this life on Wednesday evening, March 13, 2019 at the Select Specialty Hospital in Knoxville, Tennessee. She was born February 21, 1954 in Clay County to the late Andrew & Ivy Adams Key. Barbara worked for many years at Berkline in Livingston. She loved her family especially her grandchildren. Barbara loved going to church at Allons Church of Christ where she was a member. She also enjoyed shopping and going out to eat.

Funeral services for Mrs. Linda F. Hooks Gentry age 74 of Cookeville, will be held Wednesday, March 20, 2019 at 10 AM from the chapel of the Hall Funeral Home of Livingston with burial to follow in the Eckel Cemetery. Mrs. Gentry passed away from this life on Saturday, March 16, 2019 at the Signature Health & Rehab. Mrs. Gentry was born in Rickman on January 12, 1944 to the late Clure and Auda (Bilbrey) Stewart. Linda was a member of the Freeview Church of Christ. Linda will be greatly missed by her family and all that who knew her. Survivors: Husband: William Gentry; 1 Son: Gerard Hooks; 1 Daughter: Donna Knight; 1 Sister: Thelma Bowers; 3 Grandsons: Matthew Judd, Andrew Judd, Jared Judd. Preceded in death: By her Parents. Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday evening, March 19, 2019 starting at 5 PM until 8 PM.

Funeral services for Mr. Royce Levon Hutchings, age 87 of Sparta, will be held at 11am Wednesday, March 20, 2019 at Bear Cove Baptist Church, with Jerry Pullum and Cary Hughes officiating. Burial will follow in Taylor’s Providence Cemetery with military honors by the Veteran’s honor Guard. Mr Hutchings passed from this life on Sunday, March 17, 2019, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center. Born Monday, January 25, 1932 in Smithville, he was the son of the late Otis Hutchings and the late Willie Taylor Hutchings. He was a member of Bear Cove Baptist Church, where he served as a deacon for many years. Mr. Hutchings proudly served his country in the US Army during the Korean War. Surviving family members include th e following: wife – Lorene Hutchings of Sparta; son – Greg Hutchings of Sparta; daughter – Christy McCaleb (Kenny) of Sparta; grandchildren – Karie Hutchings, Megan Hutchings, Tosha Young, Bradley McCaleb, Katelyn Lawson, Jesse Lawson, and Aaron Lawson all of Sparta; sister in law – Betty Hutchings of Cleveland. In addition to his parents, Mr Hutchings was preceded in death by a brother, Boyd Hutchings. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, March 19th, from 5pm until 8pm at Bear Cove Baptist Church.

Funeral service for Alma Sue Ford, age 90, of Cookeville, will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday March 20 at the Cookeville Chapel of Hooper Huddleston and Horner Funeral Home. Mrs. Ford passed away Sunday morning March 17 at her home. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 11 a.m. until service time.

Funeral services for Mr. Charles R. Miller, Jr. age 91 of Cookeville, will be held Wednesday, March 20th at 1:00 p.m. at First Baptist Church Cookeville. Interment will follow in West Cemetery in the Burgess Falls community. He passed away Sunday, March 17, 2019 at his residence. Family will receive friends Tuesday from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the Cookeville chapel of Hooper-Huddleston & Horner Funeral Home and again Wednesday from 12:00 p.m. until service time at the church.

Funeral Service for Mr. Robert Harold Watson, age 73, of Monroe will be conducted 1 p.m., Wednesday, March 20, 2019 from the chapel of Speck Funeral Home. Bro. Berry Todd will officiate. Burial will follow in the Watson Family Cemetery in Monroe. The family will welcome friends on Wednesday morning from 11 a.m. until time of services at Speck Funeral Home. Mr. Watson passed from this life on Saturday morning, March 16, 2019 in the comfort of his home in Monroe. He was born June 5, 1945 in Anderson IN. to the late Robert John & Nettie Rose James Watson. He worked for the gas department for the City of Livingston for 25 years. Robert was an old car enthusiast, from working on cars, restoring cars, racing cars, or just taking a drive on the back roads. He also enjoyed working outside and mowing the yard.

Funeral services for Deborah Bohannon Sicola of Memphis, previously of Sparta, will be conducted 1:00pm Thursday, March 21, 2018 at Sparta First United Methodist Church with burial in Highland Cemetery. Debbie passed away suddenly on March 14, 2019, after a short hospitalization. Debbie was preceded in death by her father, R.E. Bohannon of Sparta; aunts and uncles, including Rascoe and Ann Cooper; Robert Bohannon; Jane Thompson Bohannon; Betty Bohannon; Elmer and Jean Powell; Barnett and Ellen Powell; Hollis and Elizabeth Powell Sapp; Paul and Thelma Powell; James and Elsie Powell Rackley; Gordon and Juanita Powell Austin; Jess Ray; James Powell; her grandparents of the Dunn, Powell, Broome, and Bohannon families; and several of her dear cousins. She is survived by her mother Billie Powell Bohannon; her aunts and uncles W.C. Bohannon; Lloyd and Linda Bohannon Smith; Howell and Ruth Powell Glover; and Ann Powell Ray; her childhood friend Kathy Austin and many loving cousins; her husband John; her in-laws Tony and Virginia Sicola of Amarillo, Texas, and their son Alexander, and Mary Sicola Kelly and Gary Kelly of Lee’s Summit, Missouri; her daughter and son-in-law Mario and Kate Sicola Vasquez and their children Aria and Lane; and her daughter and son-in-law David and Margaret Sicola Soard and their son Declan. The family will receive friends from 11:00am until service time Thursday at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the White County Public Library or First United Methodist Church of Sparta are appreciated.

Funeral services for Mr. Robert Frank Anderson, age 96 of Cookeville, will be held Saturday, March 23rd at 1:00 p.m. at Cookeville First Presbyterian Church. Interment with military honors will follow at Arlington National Cemetery at a later date. His family will receive friends Saturday from 12:00 p.m. until service time at the church. Mr. Anderson passed away Thursday, March 14, 2019 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center

A Celebration of Life Service for Mr. Gary Levon Seibers, age 67 of Quebeck, will be held from 10am until 2pm on Saturday, March 30, 2019 at Quebeck Community Center. Gary passed away Sunday, March 10, 2019 at NHC in Sparta. He was born November 5, 1951 in Sparta. He was preceded in death by his parents, Joe Lee and Mable Bernice Hutson Seibers; sisters, Etta Ruth Seibers Dailey and Linda Frank Seibers Smart. He is survived by: Sons- Gary Levon Seibers Jr. (Bobbie) of Sparta, Steven Seibers of Sparta, Jamie Seibers of Sparta; Several granchildren also survive; Brothers- Harold Seibers of Quebeck, Carl Seibers of Sparta, Jerry Seibers (Betty) of Walling, Dwight Seibers (Helen) of Quebeck, Troy Seibers of Quebeck; Sisters- Joyce Matheney of Sparta, Anna Seibers of Livingston, Rhonda Seibers of Quebeck. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
