Obituaries For Friday, August 16

Mr. Bruce Michael Ledbetter, age 67 of Livingston, passed from this life on Thursday evening, August 15, 2019, from the comfort of his own home. Funeral arrangements are incomplete.

Funeral services for Mr. Jonas Frank Ragland, 90, of Granville, TN, will be held at 10 A.M. on Saturday, August 17, 2019, at Anderson – Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in Gainesboro, TN. Burial will follow in the Granville Cemetery in Granville. The family will receive friends on Friday from 4 P.M. – 8 P.M., and Saturday from 9 A.M. until time of services. He passed away on Wednesday, August 14, 2019, at Smith County Health and Rehab in Carthage, TN. He was born June 20, 1929, in Jackson County, TN, to the late Edgar Bee Ragland and Mary Belle Ragland. On December 24, 1955, he was married to Anna P. Ragland, who survives. He owned a service station in Granville, TN, and was a member of the Liberty Church of Christ. He also served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. Bro. Jimmy Anderson will officiate at the services. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Granville Cemetery or the Granville Museum by contacting the funeral home

Funeral Service for Stevi Rennaye (Jenkins) Moore, age 31 of Cookeville, will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, August 17, 2019, at Crest Lawn Funeral Home. Interment will follow in the Crest Lawn Memorial Cemetery. She passed from this life on Sunday, August 11, 2019, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center. Stevi was born Friday, November 27, 1987, in Hampton, Virginia. She was the daughter of Steven Wayne Farley and Sharon Rene (Baker) Jenkins. The family will receive friends from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Friday, August 16, 2019 at Crest Lawn Funeral Home, and again 11:00 am to 1:00 pm on Saturday, August 17, 2019, at Crest Lawn Funeral Home.

Celebration of Life for Virginia “Ginny” Kaye Miller, 76 of Cookeville, will be held Saturday, August 17, 2019, at 4:00 pm at the Heavenly Host Lutheran Church. Ginny passed from this life on Wednesday, August 14, 2019, at her home surrounded by her family. Ginny was born Wednesday, December 30, 1942, in Magnolia, Arkansas. She was the daughter of the late Richard and Doris (Dingler) Kelly. Ginny was a loving daughter, wife, mom, and grandma. She was a devoted Christian and loved the Lord with all of her heart. Ginny loved helping others, quilting, and always put others before herself. Ginny is survived by: Husband: Gary Miller; 2 Children: Dean and Lesha Miller of Windermere, Florida and their children, Kaley, Tyler, and Lauren Beverly and Skip Phillips of Cookeville and their children, Krystle, Nicholas, Joseph, and Clay; 2 Great-Grandchildren: Jaylee and Jaymeson; Brother: Mike Kelly of Kissimmee, Florida; Ginny was preceded in death by her parents. Visitation with the family will be held Saturday, August 17, 2019, from 3:00 pm until time of service at the church.

Funeral Services for Mrs. Edwina Carwile Winningham Branham, age 94, of Hilham, will be conducted 2 p.m., Sunday, August 18, 2019 from the Hilham Church of Christ, where her body will lie in repose from 1 p.m. until time of services. Burial to follow in the Hilham Cemetery. Edwina passed from this life on Wednesday morning, August 14, 2019 from the Signature Health Care in Algood. She was born in Overton County on January 11, 1925 to the late Oscar & Magnolia Morgan Carwile. The family will welcome friends on Saturday evening from 5 until 8 p.m. at Speck Funeral Home.

Funeral Services for Mr. Ronnie Lynn Reagan, age 61 of Livingston, will be conducted at 4 P.M. Sunday, August 18, 2019, from the chapel of Speck Funeral Home. Burial will be in Holly Springs Cemetery. Mr. Reagan passed from this life on Thursday evening, August 15, 2019, from Livingston Regional Hospital. He was born in Overton County on October 2, 1957, to the late E. J. and Ova Smith Reagan. Mr. Ronnie Lynn Reagan leaves behind his loving wife Judy Holman Reagan of Livingston; daughters Melissa Wilson and husband Jason of Livingston, Lynnae Garrett and husband Dillon of Livingston, and Brylee Reagan of Livingston; grandchildren Jessica Wilson, Cole Wilson, and Logan Garrett; sister Margaret Abbott of Livingston; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. In addition to his parents, Mr. Reagan was preceded in death by his brothers Norman Reagan and Glenn Reagan. The family will welcome friends on Saturday evening from 5 until 8 P.M. at Speck Funeral Home.
