Today In The Upper Cumberland: Teen Drug Use

Gain insight into teen drug use in the Upper Cumberland with Power of Putnam.

Overdose numbers continue to increase. Last year alone more than 93,000 people died from an overdose. October is National Youth Substances Use Prevention Month – a chance for all of us to take stock of drug use among teens. What does it look like here in the Upper Cumberland? We explore that topic with John Russ, Amy Gibson, and Nora Anderson of Power Of Putnam.

Today In The Upper Cumberland airs each weekend as a way to introduce you to interesting people and subjects of interest to our community. Catch the show each Saturday morning at 6 on Rock 93-7, at 7 on 106-9 Kicks Country, and at 8 on Lite Rock 95.9.

If you miss it Saturday, you can catch Today In The Upper Cumberland again, Sunday. The show airs Sunday morning at 7am on Rock 93-7 and News Talk 94.1/AM 1600, Sundays at Noon on News Talk 94.1/AM 1600, and Sunday night at 6pm on Lite Rock 95.9 and at 7pm on 106-9 Kicks Country.
