Felony Charges Filed Against Man Allegedly Responsible For Warren Wildfire

Additional charges have been filed against the man allegedly responsible for the Warren County Wildfire this week. Robert Vincent Halter was initially charged with two misdemeanors for reckless burning and trespassing.
