Monterey To Negotiate Contract With Possible Engineering Consultant

Monterey Aldermen approved city officials Monday night to begin negotiating a contract with a potential consultant for infrastructure projects. Cultural Administrator Rafferty Cleary said the projects are part of a T-DOT Tap grant.
