Contract Approved For Sparta’s Grant Funded Sidewalk Project

A $1 million dollar sidewalk project in Sparta officially moving forward. Mayor Jerry Lowery said new sidewalks will be installed on the westside of Spring Street from Bockman Way to Turntable Road. Cookeville Planning Approves Amendment Changing Sidewalk Regulations

The Cookeville Planning Commission approved a subdivision regulation amendment that could require sidewalks for new residential developments along existing streets.
