The Upper Cumberland needs more judges. That’s according to a state comptroller’s report showing a growing deficit in the 13th Judicial District. Upper Cumberland COVID-19 cases rose to 233 cases Wednesday with a third COVID-19 death in Macon County. Putnam County’s total stands at 93. Cumberland County reports 53 positive cases. Just under 130 Fentress County residents are still without power Monday night, according to Volunteer Energy. The majority of the outages are located along the Fentress/Pickett County lines. The number of outages reached 8,000 at one point during Sunday night’s storms. Read More »
