Pickett Commission Approves Track Loader Purchase

The Pickett County Commission Monday approved the purchase of track loader for its transfer station equipment. County Executive Carey Garner said the 2020 Takeuchi TL8 compact track loader would be purchased at $46,500. The commission also approved applying for a Community Development Block Grant. Communication issues with the Cumberland River Hospital and Celina municipalities continue with no movement on a rescheduled meeting date.
