A resolution declaring Putnam County a “Second Amendment Sanctuary County” will not be considered by Putnam County Commissioners this month. The Commissioners Planning Committee voted 10-2 Monday night to remove Commissioner Jordan Iwanyszyn’s proposal from the agenda.
