Fentress Accepts Low Bids On Ag Pavilion, Clarkrange Solid Waste Center

Fentress County Commissioners accepted the low bids on the new Agriculture Pavilion and the Clarkrange Solid Waste Center. Fentress Man Arrested For Selling Opiates Obtained Through TennCare

A Fentress County man has been arrested for selling Oxycodone obtained through TennCare benefits and TennCare fraud. Kenny Evans of Pall Mall was arrested by the Office of Inspector General and the Fentress County Sheriff’s Department in a joint effort. Jamestown’s upcoming budget is a return to normalcy for the town’s operations going into the fiscal year. The state comptrollers office wants Fentress County deputies to turn in receipts. That, after a former deputy allegedly more than $8,000 in personal gas charges.
